Diamond Replacement Service

Did a diamond fall out of your favorite wedding ring? We can fix that! Since the diamonds are not glued to the band, but held by a physical force of a prong or a channel, it is possible that with the effect of daily wear and tear the prongs might get loose and the diamond may fall out. My Trio Rings will replace any side stone diamonds on your wedding band or engagement ring at a fixed cost if you are past the 1 year warranty period.

After purchasing the service, you will receive a prepaid domestic UPS shipping label within 1 business day with instructions on how to send the ring(s) in and the Mailing Authorization number. Please follow the instructions carefully. After the package is received by our inventory department, we will start working on your ring(s). The service takes about 5 to 10 business days to complete. You will receive a confirmation with the tracking number once the package has shipped.

What's included in the cost:
Prepaid UPS shipping label, replacing the missing stone, prong re-tipping, cleaning and insured shipping back to you!
